Craig Small who is gearing up for his next All-Time Greats APBA Golf Tournament just sent me this.
Just for fun I decided to contact Jack Nicklaus, Nick Faldo, Tom Watson, and Gary Player via their websites and see who they would want as the last four in the tournament. I didn’t really expect to get any sort of reply but today I got a response from Gary Player’s representative. He chose Seve Ballesteros and Lee Trevino. What a thrill!
First of all, that’s a great idea, Craig. And second, kudos to Gary Player for hiring a good rep person who knows the value of engaging the fans. Taking a minute or two to answer a fan’s question is worth the good PR that sport of golf will get.
