There seems to be an uptick in APBA fans who are posting their experiences on YouTube. I realize that some of you don’t always want to read a boring article and sometimes a good video on the topic of APBA fits the bill.
Here are few channels to get you started in no particular. All are known to me to be APBA fans.
Add some of these fans’ videos to your playlists!
APBA Football Club
Geoff Giordano has been busy posting videos about APBA Football on the aptly-named APBA Football Club YouTube channel. Within the bounds of the topic, Geoff hits the gamut.
He addresses game playing tips, reviews, history of the game as well as high-level issues of the game.
Ron Emch
Ron Emch’s YouTube channel will be a favorite of those who play APBA Golf. He has plenty of videos addressing the game.
Another fun, favorite subject of Ron is tourneys. He posts videos of APBA Baseball tournaments especially the Toledo Glass City APBA Baseball Tournament.
Kurt Bergland
A newcomer APBA YouTuber has hit the scene with gusto. Kurt Bergland has found his niche in doing reviews of the game. His review of the new Hall of Fame set is not to be missed.
Kurt does review other replay simulation games too.
Gilles Thibault
While doing a little research for this article, I ran across Gilles Thibault’s YouTube channel. Gilles’ video cover the gamut including APBA Master Game, APBA Hockey and APBA Football.
For those interested in using BallScore, Gilles has videos of in-game use of the stat-keeping app.
Greg Barath
Finally, Greg Barath hasn’t posted in a while but he still has loads of videos on the topic of APBA Football. Greg shows his solitaire APBA Football game workflow.
Very helpful for those picking up the game!
This list is certainly not complete. There are most likely many others I’m missing. I hope this helps those of you looking for some visual help on APBA.
Don’t forget to Like and Subscribe if you find the videos helpful or useful. These fellows would sure appreciate it.
Happened to catch the dramatic finish of the T-Bo livestream with IDJester a few weeks ago (T-bo forced an audible on a goal-line stand). Beau Lofgren is planning to get in the game more as well with some baseball tutorial. FYI, I brought back our old bowling, basketball, golf and saddle racing pages. Geoff
