It's a great, irreverent read by Roger Director, even though the two major characters love the 2 teams I absolutely loathed when this artiicle came out (Yankees and Reds). I pull it from its manila envelope and re-read it every couple of years, kind of like my copy of Universal Baseball Association, J. Henry Waugh, Proprietor by Robert Coover. I actually HAVE that article, taken from that issue.
